At Almost Heaven Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness investment. If your sauna doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the unit remains in its original packaging.

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Pack with Care
Ensure the sauna components are securely repacked in their original crates or boxes to prevent damage during the transit process.
Arrange Freight Pickup
Schedule a pickup with our preferred freight carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and potential restocking fees.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return to confirm all parts are present and undamaged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
