How is my sauna delivered and will I need a forklift?
Most of our saunas are shipped via common carrier in a knock-down kit. The carrier will use a lift-gate to lower the pallet to your driveway; no heavy machinery is required for offloading on your part.
What kind of electrical requirements should I prepare for?
While our smaller infrared models can use a standard 110V outlet, most traditional barrel and indoor saunas require a 220V/30-amp or 40-amp dedicated line installed by a licensed electrician.
Can the outdoor barrel saunas withstand snow and rain?
Yes, our barrel saunas are designed for outdoor durability. The circular shape allows for excellent snow runoff, and the high-grade Nordic Spruce or Western Red Cedar naturally resists moisture and decay.
How long does it take to assemble a sauna kit?
Assembly typically takes two adults between 4 to 8 hours depending on the model. All sections are pre-cut and grooved, requiring only basic hand tools like a level, cordless drill, and rubber mallet.
What is your return policy for large sauna units?
We offer a 30-day return window for uninstalled units in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Do Almost Heaven Saunas come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty on the sauna room components and a 5-year warranty on the heating elements, ensuring your investment is protected for years of relaxation.
